Trin-gyi-pho-nya ("Cloud Messenger") started in June 2003.
Trin-gyi-pho-nya is an initiative of Tibet Justice Center's Environment and Development Program to share news and expert commentary on Tibet's environment and the various development projects underway on the Tibetan Plateau. Trin-gyi-pho-nya is principally the product of Tashi Tsering and Tibet Justice Center Environmental & Development Interns Dolkar Tsering, Thinley Norbu, Ngawang Legshe, and Taryn Firkser.
